These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the scorexact website and application, accessible at scorexact.com (the "Service"), published by Mantisnap, sole trader, SIRET 50981295400030 (the "Publisher").

Any use of the Service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

Article 1 — Purpose and nature of the Service

1.1 Description

scorexact is a real-time statistical analysis tool that calculates and displays an intensity index ("score") for football matches in progress, based on public data and in-game statistics (shots, possession, team rankings, goal history, and other similar indicators).

The Service's sole purpose is to provide informational and statistical insight into the level of activity or tension in an ongoing match.

1.2 What scorexact is not

The intensity index calculated by scorexact only describes an observed state of the match (level of dominance, attacking pressure, statistical tension) at a given moment. It does not constitute a prediction of outcome, nor a guarantee of any future event (in particular a goal).

1.3 Free use by the user

The user remains solely responsible for how they use the information provided by the Service. The Publisher does not direct, encourage, or influence the user toward any decision relating to sports betting. Any decision made by the user based, in whole or in part, on information from the Service is made under their sole responsibility (see Article 6).

Article 2 — Access to the Service

2.1 Access conditions

Access to the Service is restricted to natural persons of legal age (18 and over) with the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

2.2 User account

Certain features of the Service require creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep their login credentials confidential. Any action carried out from an account is presumed to have been performed by its holder.

2.3 Free trial period

A 7 (seven) day free trial is offered for every new sign-up, granting access to a limited tier of features compared to the scorexact Pro offer (in particular, a limited number of detailed Telegram alerts). At the end of this period, access to the trial features ceases, unless the user subscribes to the paid scorexact Pro offer (see Terms of Sale).

2.4 Telegram alert levels

The Service offers a public Telegram channel, accessible without registration, broadcasting anonymized and unlimited alerts (without team names or scores). Access to detailed alerts (named, via private message) is reserved for registered users, according to the limits specific to their plan (trial or scorexact Pro).

Article 3 — Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (scoring algorithm, database, interface, visual identity, the "scorexact" trademark) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. No provision of these Terms grants any transfer of intellectual property rights to the user.

Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or reuse of the algorithm, data, or content of the Service is strictly prohibited.

Article 4 — Authorized use and prohibitions

The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and agrees not to:

• attempt to fraudulently access the Service or its systems (unauthorized automated scraping, mass data extraction, abusive use of the API);
• resell, redistribute, or republish all or part of the Service's data or alerts without the Publisher's prior written authorization;
• use the Service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order;
• impersonate a third party or provide inaccurate information when registering.

Any breach observed may result in the immediate suspension or deletion of the account, without prejudice to any potential legal action.

Article 5 — Availability of the Service

The Publisher strives to ensure continuous access to the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on third-party data sources (sports statistics providers) whose availability, accuracy, and timeliness are beyond the Publisher's direct control.

The Publisher reserves the right to temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, without prior notice where urgency so requires, and to change the Service's features at any time.

Article 6 — Limitation of liability

6.1 Informational nature of the data

The information, scores, and alerts provided by scorexact are calculated from statistical data and provided for purely informational and indicative purposes. They may not be interpreted as a guarantee of result, winnings, or the occurrence of any sporting event whatsoever (goal, win, etc.).

6.2 No guarantee of outcome

The Publisher does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or real-time reliability of the displayed data, as it depends on third-party providers. A sporting result is by nature random and unpredictable; no score, index, or statistic constitutes a promise of winnings.

6.3 User decisions

The Publisher shall not be held liable for decisions, including financial or betting decisions, made by the user based on information provided by the Service, nor for any direct or indirect consequences thereof (financial losses, damages of any kind). The user acknowledges acting entirely autonomously and under their sole responsibility.

6.4 Responsible gambling

If the user decides, on their own initiative and outside of any framework offered by the Service, to place sports bets with licensed third-party operators, it is reminded that gambling carries risks: debt, addiction, isolation. Article 7 — Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law.

Article 8 — Amendment of these Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in particular to adapt them to changes in the Service or applicable regulations. Users will be informed of any material change. Continued use of the Service after such amendment constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 9 — Governing law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
